The Sand Castle Bed & Breakfast takes great pride in offering a delicious, full breakfast, which can be altered to accommodate most tastes, for a fulfilling start to your day on the Jersey Shore. We guarantee guests will not go away hungry and may have to skip lunch!
Begin with a variety of coffees, fresh juices, fruits, homemade baked goods all from our ovens and a choice of delicious hot entrees which are served daily. Entrees are made fresh on site and use locally sourced ingredients when possible. Your first meal will include some type of savory egg dish or a choice of a sweet entree: you may find Eggs Benedict with a homemade hollandaise sauce, blueberry pancakes, quiche, avocado toast or a number of other inn-specific dishes. If a guest prefers basic scrambled eggs or egg whites instead of our delicious breakfast dishes, it is never too much trouble for our chef to accommodate your request. We also accommodate special diets with at least 48-hours’ notice. We recommend specifying special dietary needs at the time of your reservation so that we may fully accommodate your requests.
Guests have the option of enjoying breakfast service in the dining room/sunporch or delivered to your room/private porch. The innkeeper or a hostess will take guests’ entree orders, time and location preference the day before.
